Thank you for shopping with Bitch Nation. Every order is printed specifically for you through our fulfillment partner after your purchase is placed. This helps reduce waste and ensures every product is made just for you.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Processing times may be longer during:
- Holidays
- New product launches
- Limited edition releases
- High-volume sales events
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, estimated delivery times are:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–4 business days
International Orders
Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from:
- 7–21 business days
Customs processing may extend delivery times in some countries.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination
- Shipping method
- Package weight
- Order size
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before your order is finalized.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Free shipping promotions apply only when advertised and may change without notice.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages depending on inventory availability or production schedules.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
Once an order enters production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.
If a package is confirmed lost, we will replace the order or issue a refund at our discretion.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around your property.
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact your local post office or carrier.
- Allow up to 48 hours for carriers that occasionally mark packages as delivered before final delivery.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Natural disasters
- High shipping volume during holidays
- Other unforeseen events
We appreciate your patience in these situations.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country.
These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the package and product.
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll review the issue and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because our products are printed shortly after your order is placed, requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible.
If production has already begun, we may not be able to make changes.
