Ordering
When will my order ship?
Our current processing estimate is 2–5 business days before shipment. Production and delivery are separate stages; launches and holidays may take longer. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email hello@bitchnation.net immediately with your order number and requested change. We will check whether production has started. Changes and cancellations generally cannot be made once production begins, subject to any rights required by applicable law.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Checkout currently offers shipping to the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
What does shipping cost?
Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout before you pay. Free shipping is not currently offered.
How long does delivery take?
Our current U.S. standard delivery estimate is 3–7 business days after shipment, in addition to processing time. Carrier delays can affect delivery.
How do I track my order?
Look for your shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Contact us with your order number if you need help locating it.
Sizing and products
Which size should I order?
Compare your measurements with the Size Guide and the information on the individual product page. Fit can vary between garments. Ask us before ordering if you need help.
Why might colors look different?
Screen settings, lighting, and printing can produce minor variations. If an item appears misprinted or substantially different from what you ordered, contact us so we can review it.
Returns and order problems
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our made-to-order return policy generally excludes changes of mind and customer-selected sizing or color errors, subject to applicable consumer rights. Read the Refund and Returns Policy before purchasing.
What if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging when relevant. Email photos to hello@bitchnation.net; the contact form does not accept attachments. We will review the issue for a replacement or refund. This reporting request does not limit rights provided by law.
