Our apparel is made to order. Processing happens before your package is handed to the carrier.
Where we ship
Checkout currently offers shipping within the United States. International delivery is not currently available.
Processing and delivery
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Our current standard U.S. delivery estimate is 3–7 business days after shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These are separate timeframes; production, launches, holidays, and carrier conditions may affect timing.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping is not currently offered. Only methods shown for your address at checkout are available.
Tracking and separate packages
A shipping confirmation email provides tracking when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after a label is created. Items in one order may ship separately; check the shipment information for each package.
Address changes and cancellations
Please check your complete shipping address before ordering. If you need a correction, change, or cancellation, email hello@bitchnation.net immediately with your order number. We will check whether the change is still possible. Once production begins or an order ships, we generally cannot change it, subject to rights required by law. A package returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before resending.
Delayed or missing orders
If tracking stops updating or your package appears lost, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and fulfillment partner. If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If tracking says delivered, check your delivery area and household members and contact the carrier. Some scans may precede delivery; if you still cannot locate the package, contact us for help.
If shipment is delayed
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the choice to agree to a revised shipment timeframe or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Damage, defects, or incorrect items
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging when relevant. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. This reporting request does not limit rights provided by law. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
